Physical Serversa managed server is one that communicates back to our software every 5 mins. Our network operations team evaluates all alerts and responds accordingly. A managed server is considered physical if it has a chassis and a power supply.

 

Virtual Serversa managed virtual server is one that communicates back to our software every 5 mins. Our network operations team evaluates all alerts and responds accordingly. A managed server is considered virtual if it has no physical hardware or resides inside another server via software like HyperVisor or vmWare.

 

Additional LocationsWe allow you to add an additional location within 10 miles of your primary office for FREE. Anything further will require an additional fee or a seperate service plan.

 

24 X 7 Help Deskyou and your team will have access to our 3rd party help desk during around the clock. your problems will be resolved remotely or escalated to us on-site service. Our 3rd party help desk is based in North America and are highly trained to your unique environment. They work very closely with us to ensure you are always supported no matter what time.

Ready to get started?

Often we can begin your service plan the same week. Our initial visit is performed after hours or on the weekend to minimize any downtime.

 

During the initial visit we will load your new AV software, our monitoring software, and backup software. A physical inspection of each computer and device, and a full dust extraction.

Our Stated Service Levels

ProSupport Complete comes standard with Next Business Day (NBD) or better response times for on-site calls and 8 x 5 HelpDesk.

 

If you require a more responsive service agreement then you may add our Same Day service option which ensures we arrive onsite the same day you call.

 

Remote remediation will always be attempted prior to any onsite visit, this attempt is designed to reduce billable costs and resolve your issue as fast as possible.

 

Standard On-Site Business Hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM - 6PM. Our local Help Desk is staffed and operational during these times as well.

 

 

Same Business DayEnhanced levels of service are often required for critical applications and situations. Remote support will always be attempted first, but if that fails to solve the problem than a technician will be on-site at your location within 8 hours of your first ticket, on-site, or live chat.
