VISTA / Windows 7 Users:
Before your support session you will need to disable UAC (User Account Control), you may re-enable it once the session is complete.
Open up Control Panel, and type in "UAC" into the search box. You'll see a link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off":

On the next screen you should un-check the box for "Use User Account Control (UAC)", and then click on the OK button.

You'll need to reboot your computer before the changes take effect, but you should be all done with annoying prompts.
To re-enable simply re-check the the box. We recommend leaving this feature disabled to speed up your system and prevent annoying notifications. This does lead to a less secure OS but no less secure than XP.
