Overages

Our backup is unlimited in nature; we will never cut you off due to storage issues. Instead we simply bill in blocks when you exceed the amount of backup that your plan includes. We audit our supported devices and backup storage monthly so you get the most accurate billing. Overages are billed in 50GB buckets.

There is a fee to add our backup software to a server due to the complexity of backing up those items. Our server license includes the ability to backup Active Directory, SQL, Exchange and other business applications and services.
