Let’s talk Backup…

PremierePC has always included a fully managed BDR solution in our service plans as a way to enhance the value of our services and ensure that your critical business data is protected.

Historically, we have included a certain amount of storage based on your service plan type and the amount of devices under your contract. Clients then paid for any overages in their service plan.

We are happy to announce that beginning in March 2023, we are making a few changes.

All PremierePC clients will have unlimited backup capacity.

For all ProSupport Complete clients your BDR storage capacity will no longer be affected by your included devices. The costs will change as follows: physical servers will incur a cost of $60 instead of $30, and virtual servers will remain at $30. If you are backing up workstations, those will continue to be backed up at no additional cost.

For all ProSupport Lite, ProSupport Essentials (legacy), and other non-plan clients (legacy) clients your BDR storage capacity will also no longer be affected by your included devices. The costs will change as follows: physical servers will incur a cost of $80 instead of $30, and virtual servers will incur a cost of $40 instead of $30. If you are backing up workstations, each will incur a cost of $9.

To reiterate, no client will incur any charges for selected size, all BDR storage is now unlimited.

We have reviewed the impact on our clients and have confirmed that in over 85% of our clients, costs will go down or remain the same. Where costs do raise, they are minimal.

We are happy to be able to extend predictable pricing with no further surprise billings as related to selected size.

In addition, we look forward to being able to backup and provide continuity for a greater amount of your data while removing financial barriers.
