Jeremy Jones grew up in Miami, Florida. He began working for PremierePC as a technical support specialist in 2019. As an important piece of the support team, Jeremy helps each of our clients with their specific technology needs while building a relationship with each person.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his dog, programming, designing web sites, and participating in ocean sports like scuba diving and snorkling.

Matthew Monroe

Technical Support Specialist

Matthew Monroe was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in Morgan City, LA. In high school, he moved to Sumter, SC. Matthew has been a Technical Support Specialist with PremierePC since 2018, after over 20 years in retail management. Matthew is amazing at computer depot service and is an essential part of our technical support team.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and learning about history.

Alex Recknor

Technical Support Specialist

Alex Recknor grew up in Georgia. He joined the PremierePC family in 2022. He has experience as an independent technician specializing in data preservation, hardware installation and assembly, and troubleshooting a multitude of software issues. When he’s not at work, he enjoys weightlifting, cooking, collecting retro video game consoles, woodworking and furniture restoration, and experimenting with his homelab.

Faisal Tacsay

Faisal Tacsay lives in the Philippines and grew up in foreign land of Saudi Arabia. He graduated from the Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. He began working as a Technical Support Specialist with PremierePC in 2023. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology.
Faisal has developed his skills as an IT Analyst / Specialist over the years working with international companies and building productive relationships with clients overseas.
Faisal loves sports, cars, camping, beach, travels, COD streaming, and to spend quality time with his family. His long-term goal is to be a successful software engineer and entrepreneur. He believes in saying that "you don’t have to be great to start, you just have to start to be great."

Keionna Troupe was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. Keionna began working at PremierePC as a Triage Support Specialist in 2023. Outside of work, Keionna enjoys traveling, swimming, tasting new food, and spending time with her son.

Geena Hammond

Operations Manager

Geena Hammond is a Greenville, SC native and serves as our Operations Manager. She provides day-to-day management for PremierePC, writes blog content, supports clients with sales, billing or servicing issues, conducts quality control, and keeps things organized. Geena has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and appreciates working within her field of study.
Outside of work, Geena enjoys spending time with her wonderful daughter, being outdoors, reading, learning new things, and practicing yoga. Geena also has a deep passion for service and volunteerism within her community.

Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson was born and raised in South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2011 after studying psychology and anthropology. He began working for PremierePC in 2013 where he found his passion in building websites and coming up with creative solutions for our client’s needs. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys cycling and playing the electric guitar.

Matthew Rydzfski is a solutions engineer and co-founder of PremierePC Technology Group in Mauldin, SC. Over the last 14 years, he and his team have been building a local IT support firm with a focus on the small to medium-sized business community.
Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and appreciating all the Greenville area has to offer, especially events at the Peace Center. He splits his time between the Mauldin area and the Blue Ridge Mountains. His reading interests range from Stephen King to Plato. Matthew has a strong sense of service and brings that attitude to every moment.

Wade Hawkins

Wade Hawkins co-founded PremierePC in 2006. He has a passion for building and strengthening the client relationship, as well as tailoring to the specific technology needs of his clients. Wade believes in offering clients quality customer service, a customized experience, and the highest security protections for their business. He has always found an interest in computers and the ever changing horizon in information technology. Wade enjoys camping and learning how to complete new projects.
