Matthew Monroe

Client Support Lead

Matthew Monroe was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in Morgan City, LA. In high school, he moved to Sumter, SC. Matthew has been a Technical Support Specialist with PremierePC since 2018, after over 20 years in retail management. Matthew is amazing at computer depot service and is an essential part of our technical support team.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and learning about history.

Keionna Troupe

Client Support Specialist

Keionna Troupe was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. Keionna began working at PremierePC as a Triage Support Specialist in 2023. Outside of work, Keionna enjoys traveling, swimming, tasting new food, and spending time with her son.

Phoebe Soriano

Client Support Specialist

Phoebe Krista Soriano lives in the Philippines. Joined PremierePC as a Triage Support Specialist in 2023. Phoebe has a bubbly personality and will always be ready to help. On her free time, she loves to cook, watch movies and spends time with her son.

Princess Sicat

Client Support Specialist

Princess is born and raised in the Philippines. Joined PremierePC as Triage Support Specialist in 2024. Princess has experience in various fields of work including private and commercial flight operations and aims to provide high level of customer service satisfaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and playing online computer games. Loves to drink coffee and enjoys eating Japanese food.

Alex Recknor

Technical Support Specialist

Alex Recknor grew up in Georgia. He joined the PremierePC family in 2022. He has experience as an independent technician specializing in data preservation, hardware installation and assembly, and troubleshooting a multitude of software issues. When he’s not at work, he enjoys weightlifting, cooking, collecting retro video game consoles, woodworking and furniture restoration, and experimenting with his homelab.

Jeremy Jones

Technical Support Specialist

Jeremy Jones grew up in Miami, Florida. He began working for PremierePC as a technical support specialist in 2019. As an important piece of the support team, Jeremy helps each of our clients with their specific technology needs while building a relationship with each person.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his dog, programming, designing web sites, and participating in ocean sports like scuba diving and snorkling.

Daniel Perry

Technical Support Specialist

Daniel was raised in York, SC, and now lives in Mauldin with his wife and new puppy. He joined the PremierePC team in late 2023, and, with over a decade of technical support experience, he assists both our support and proactive teams. In any given day, Daniel might help a client troubleshoot technical difficulties, set up new client devices, or even complete miscellaneous administrative tasks. His love of complex problems and puzzles lead him to his career in technical support. After working hours, Daniel likes to spend even more time with computers as an avid gamer and is dedicated to the continual pursuit of knowledge.

Erwin Dela Cruz

Technical Support Specialist

Erwin lives in the Philippines, Joined PremierePC as a Triage Support Specialist in 2023.
Erwin finds excitement in motorcycle rides, relishes diverse cuisines, and harbors a love for dogs, cherishing the companionship of furry friends.

Kyle Lopez

Technical Support Specialist

Kyle Lopez grew up in the Philippines. He began working with the PremierePC family in 2023. Kyle has a passion for providing his expertise in troubleshooting and excellent customer service. He has developed his skills as an IT Specialist over the years working with international companies. During his free time, Kyle enjoys camping, video games, playing the piano and electric guitar.

Justin Thompson

Web Developer

Justin Thompson was born and raised in South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2011 after studying psychology and anthropology. He began working for PremierePC in 2013 where he found his passion in building websites and coming up with creative solutions for our client’s needs. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys cycling and playing the electric guitar.

Matthew Rydzfski

Operations Manager and Founder

Matthew Rydzfski is a solutions engineer and co-founder of PremierePC Technology Group in Mauldin, SC. Over the last 14 years, he and his team have been building a local IT support firm with a focus on the small to medium-sized business community.
Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and appreciating all the Greenville area has to offer, especially events at the Peace Center. He splits his time between the Mauldin area and the Blue Ridge Mountains. His reading interests range from Stephen King to Plato. Matthew has a strong sense of service and brings that attitude to every moment.

Wade Hawkins

Service Desk Manager and Founder

Wade Hawkins co-founded PremierePC in 2006. He has a passion for building and strengthening the client relationship, as well as tailoring to the specific technology needs of his clients. Wade believes in offering clients quality customer service, a customized experience, and the highest security protections for their business. He has always found an interest in computers and the ever changing horizon in information technology. Wade enjoys camping and learning how to complete new projects.

Kathleen Ivester

Executive Administrative Assistant

Kathleen was born and raised in the small town of Mariposa, California. She moved to South Carolina for her last year of high school and went on the complete her bachelor’s degree in English, creative writing. Joining the PremierePC team at the end of 2023, Kathleen supports her other team members by completing administrative tasks as well as any odd job that comes her way. When she’s not at work, Kathleen enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her husband, and spoiling her dog. And, although less frequent than her days in college, Kathleen also enjoys creating outlandish short stories to entertain her friends.
